A Separation won the Oscar for best Foreign Language Filmr! The cast looks lovely. If you haven’t seen this movie, definitely watch it sometime soon.
I’m not Iranian. I’ve never even been to the Middle East. But tonight is a night of celebration for all—whether you’re from Iran, Russia, Canada, Australia, Kenya, or any country you can think of.
Congratulations to Asghar Farhadi for his brilliant writing, producing and directing work in A Separation. And let’s not forget his beautiful acceptance speech or the beauty of Iran’s culture.

Actor Peyman Maadi, director Asghar Farhadi and actress Leila Hatami at the Spirit Awards where they picked up the Best International Film award for A Separation.
Congrats to Maadi, Farhadi and Hatami! I can’t wait to see them pick up the Oscar tonight!
